We do not support custom domains for shared links yet. However, I would love to understand your use case for this feature. Since you can already share videos using the Dina domain, could you share the specific requirements you have in mind? This will help us shape the feature better as we consider future updates.

Yes would happy to share more!
Custom domain gives viewers an on-brand experience, basically whitelabel.
I have a lifetime Pro Plus plan with Dubb.com and a Team plan with Konvey.app, they offer custom domain, just without the polished look that Dina provides.
I find you’ll attract more enterprise users and companies if you allow a whitelabelling option. Even if it’s an additional one-time charge. Users would be happy with paying for their brand to shine.

Thank you for being so quick to response!
My experience with various platform when it comes to custom domain is that: we enters the desired domain (e.g.: recording.domain.com, clips.domain.com, video.domain.com, etc.) and the platform (Dina) provides us the CNAME record to add to the CNAME (recording/clips/video, etc.) of our domain.
The branded experience usually comes with custom favicon and logo as well.
Screenshot of the setup from Konvey is below for your reference.
Happy to answer any questions that may come up!

@Zaid Hi Zaid, do you have a timeline for this feature? I’m waiting for it to be available before I purchase. This feature is a deal breaker for me.
I also need clarification about the 1 device and 3 devices plan, if get the 1 device plan and use it with my current laptop, then I upgrade to a new laptop next year and no longer use the current one, will I then need the 3 devices plan, or will the 1 device plan still apply?
Thank you!
